A Single Point of Contact
As a valued client, you'll have access to a dedicated, single point of contact that will provide you with clear and consistent communication. Your representative will take the time to get to know your business and understand your needs. With our on-call system, you'll be able to reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and know that you can expect us to respond within 20 minutes.

Follow-up and Feedback
To better know and understand how we are doing, your representative will use client and applicant surveys for quality reviews. In addition, your representative will call at the start of an assignment (within the first four hours) to see how the associate is performing, and then on going follow-up to check on the quality of the associates' work.
Customization and Value Added Services
Being privately owned, we have the ability to customize our service for our clients quickly and without any red tape. Based on the client's needs, Centrix can produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to assist in cost control and staff budgeting.
We can design a temporary associate orientation brochure that will outline the policies and procedures of a company including such things as parking, dress code, smoking, hours, etc.
